This green/black and gold/orange sponge is throughout the Cancun and Cozumel area. Any idea of it's common name?

You have 2 things going on here
- a green finger sponge
- covered in golden zoanthids
it is common to see them together like this. The golden zoanthid polyps are often (normally?) closed during the day and so just look like irregular orange patches.

There are several zoanthids that grow on sponges.
