Looking to stay a month, need reliable internet

Hi all,
I'm looking for places to stay in either Key Largo or Curacao for a month in Feb to March 2026. I need good internet access because I'm a therapist and going to do telehealth with clients part of each day and I can't miss appointments.
I'd prefer Curacao due to cost but I'm really worried about reliable internet or I will have to come home. Can anyone share a place they stayed in Curacao that is reasonable and has good internet?

We always stay at blije rust (near blue bay). Great accomodations for great price. Wifi has always been great (but differs per rental). If you contact them beforehand they can give you more info i assume.

My wife and I stayed at the Sunscape Curacao for a month a couple years ago, primarily so we could boat dive with Ocean Encounters and shore dive with The Dive Bus. We had no problems with the Wifi, but we were primarily website surfing vs Telemed, so I have no idea if their Wifi would meet your needs. Overall, we found the resort very nice, especially the lagoon, and its close proximity to the on-site dive op Ocean Encounters, and The Dive Bus right up the street, but the food sure needed an upgrade, with a few exceptions of the Italian and Asian cuisine restaurants.

Consider a Starlink satellite Internet plan. I have heard good things, no real complaints. It is an Elon Musk company so that could be a non starter for some and a plus for others. Not sure how portable the gear set is though.

This is an expensive, almost certainly unnecessary solution. Fiber optic connections are all over the island. Just need to check with the housing unit.

But if she is considering doing this anything more than occasionally, and wants to consider increasingly remote locations...

Dream big, don't be such a crumudgeon.

I wish I could be a digital nomad, but Electron Microscopes and Micro-CT scanners do not travel well.

A friend of mine is doing this because she lives in an even more rural place than I do. This might be worth it. Yes, Elon but I also have to eat!
