I got my advanced divers in Thailand, and i did a couple dive in Cyprus so far. I was wondering which one i should choose to also eventually go for my instructors. I could also have the chance to do the theory in here in Canada and do the practical somewhere else(probably mexico).

Can you fine scuba people help me decide?

p.s: Oh and for the mexico one i would be living in the country.
