You need to make a couple of decisions with the wife to be...
#1) Is this a dive trip with honeymoon thrown in or - Is this a honeymoon (Vacation) with some diving thrown in.
Most of the posts here will be for the first option - many fewer for the second option.
#2) Once this is decided then - land or on board a boat/ship (liveaboard/cruise).
Once the two major decisions are made then you can start planning.
