Looking for short, add-on dive experience after Haiti

So far, research on easy flights from Haiti, return to US, indicates that Provo might be worth a stop. Has anyone found a simple way for two divers on a short stop over to do this around Provo (worth it to hop to Grand Turk)?

We are used to fairly simple accommodations, diving on-site or at least easy to get to (pickup), and at least breakfast included, at a reasonable price, of course. . Apparently T&C is more 'upscale'? NO "dive" resorts with their own operation?

Or any reasonable alternative! The trick is to get from PaP to somewhere quickly, and start diving!
