Looking for recommendation for Vandenburg Dive OP - Key West

Hi all,

Wife and I are going to Keys in early August, we dove the Vandenburg right after it was sunk (well a few months later) and want to hit it again when were in the Keys this summer. Last time we used Gary's Scuba Shack (I think that was the name??), but not sure if we would use them again..

We normally dive with Conch Republic Divers in Tavernier but they dont go that far south.

Any recommendations will be appreciated!

We did our diving with Home | Subtropic for our Vandenburg trip. They do a two-tank dive on the Vandenburg and we liked that.
The dive op was fine. They weren't great but didn't have any problems. They seemed to be geared to more self-sufficient divers but were attentive to needs and questions.

I would recommend a guide just to maximize the bottom time/cool things to see ratio.

After a day’s disappointing experience with one local placeduring a three day dive trip around New Years, my group went with SouthPoint. The boat was bigger than a6-pack, but not as large as some of those cattle boats. The staff was very professional andfriendly. They checked all of our certifications and assisted anyone on the boat who looked like they needed it. And also unlike the first dive op, they logged our bottom depth and end pressure. They even offered to cart over our gearbetween the shop and the boat; which was only across the Hyatt’s Key Westproperty. I will definitely dive withthem again.
