Looking for NA-EM5, ports for 8mm and 14-42 kit lenses

Hello,

Working on upgrading my EPL2 setup and am in the process of buying an EM5 w/ 8mm lens. I'm looking for an NA-EM5 housing, the dome for the 8mm fisheye and perhaps the port for the 14-42 as well. PM me if you're thinking about selling! Could be interested in a complete kit as well (camera included)!
