Anodized sucks. Fades out really fast.
But I have seen some really slick tinted clear coat AL80s in the past.
Aircraft guy told me that anodizing aluminum takes a serious hit to material strength.

actually in my area... there's someone who does annodizing. but they wont guarantee on scuba tanks.
at present all my tanks are painted urethane white... and yeah.. they look great.
