There was some sort of concoction that was available at CoCo View in Roatan that many people thought was effective. I think it was referred to as “cactus juice”.

Yes, it's Cactus Juice. The first time I bought some was actually in the gift shop at Utopia. You can find it on Amazon and other places now.
