Check out http://www.southcoastdivers.com They usually dive Laguna every Saturday and Sunday.
I know that some of the group will be going to Casino Point on Saturday, but some are diving locally. I will be in Laguna myself at 7am to dive Heisler Park conditions pending. I hear surf is up right now, so we will see.
There are other local dive groups too that dive Laguna, Redondo, and Old Marineland (Sandeaters, Dive Vets, and Laguna Sea Dwellers to name a few).
SOCDC also usually has a Saturday scheduled dive.
