Looking for a turn key membrane nitrox system for under 10k

Please excuse this dumb general question: why membrane and not blending?

One would expect that, whilst membrane is more self contained, blending would be cheaper overall albeit requiring occasional deliveries of large cylinders of oxygen. Using a nitrox stick would result in you emptying the oxygen cylinders prior to returning them.

Obviously if there’s large numbers of cylinders to fill, membrane comes into its own.

Have you heard about the O2 shortage especially in f'ed up third world countries because of COVID? If this continuous, I'll even start to think about an O2 generator to use for deco bottles (I don't know much about these devices however).

We did PP and never had an issue using the last few available psi for a single lean tank so a stick wasn't worth the effort, time or expense. We filled 1500 to 2000 tanks a year
The logistics and expense of renting or buying cylinders, transporting, returning for fills, time lost doing all those at that rate would more than make up for the expense of a membrane system.
Brownies is getting into the membrane marked but I don't know the prices or availability.
