Having a hard time deciding between the currently available semi-dry suits out there....

O'Neill J-Series 7000
Henderson 8/7mm Thermoprene Front Zip Semi Dry Jumpsuit with Attached Hood

Any recommendations or personal reviews?

my daughter dives the scubapro semidry likes it way better than 7mm farmer john much warmer. and i got it very cheap new 2 model years old.

ScubaPro's Nova Scotia is an excellent semi- dry.

I agree. This is a very good semi-dry suite. If you "fold in" the seals (neck, wrists and ankles) it works great. I get less than half a cup of water into mine ... nearly dry! The dry zip however needs regular silicone grease to keep it smooth and water tight. I am still trying to find a perfect setup as I sometimes experience suite squeeze at depth (150ft plus), only way to fix this is to let some water in.. The suite also comes with a very good hoodie.
