Looking for a good primary light

If you are euro, I would suggest looking at seaya 70w light. I am in process of getting one myself. Have been studying canned lights for few months now. Ammionite is other brand to look.

Did you end up getting the 70w light? If yes, would you mind showing how it looks in the water?

OH I did get it! It's ok, but I have new favorite. About same price but much brighter. It's Scaleo Infinity with 24w spot and better flood leds. Build quality is also much better.

Lumen is nice to know, but tells you little about the brightness.
Lumen is total light production, but if most of that goes to the corona, you'll get a lot of backscatter and get blinded in turbid water.

An 1100 Lumen tight beam has more penetration power than a 11,000 Lumen flood.

Ideally you should get a light that can switch between a wide throw and a narrow beam.
