Hi there,
I just finished my OW cert last month.
I have some friends that are into diving, but everyone already has a buddy!
So, I'm looking for someone who would enjoy diving with a newbie. I'm pretty eager to get some experience, and learn from other people

Thanks
Stephan

I think there will be about 80 prospective new dive buddies showing up at Vets park this saturday. you should go and meet some of them!

Hi Stephan,

Also, checkout our dive scheduling group "The Beach Crabs" here on Scubaboard. We schedule SoCal Beach dives, night dives, boat dives, picnics, and other diver and family get-togethers. And I think it is safe to say, more than anyone else in the world:D

We have divers from all experiance levels, from their first dives, up to old tired divers:rofl3:

There are a couple divers that come from your area, as well. So, carpooling may be an option.

We hope to see you soon, and in the mean time, come on into The Beach Crabs forum, and say Hi.

Rick

Old tired divers :rofl3: you guys aint old and tired.

Welcome to the So.Cal. forum from one of the"old tired divers but still a new diver (less than 100)"
yeah, another IE diver!!! I too give a plug for "BeachCrabs"... awsome divers to help your real training after the cert. and having fun while learning...And, yes see if you can get to Redondo Beach for for the So.Cal. dive-in. (wish I wasn't going to be out of town..whine, whine).
Keep plugged here and you will have many chances to dive with good & willing experienced divers.
