Hi
My 30 year old scubapro jacket BC died I'm looking at the Ladyhawk it feels very comfy over my wetsuit but the waist band/belt seams high almost at my ribs vs down on my hips - I'm 5'8" tall - is this how it should fit?

Looks a little short for you, but I guess it's all up to personal comfort. My petite, short-waisted wife picked up a Ladyhawk in small because it was one of the few models that wasn't too long for her. You might want to check out some other models.

Mine are not on my hips but they are also not at my bust line which is what looks like is pictured. I’m 5’4”, 130-135 lbs and have a longer torso but wear a small.

Have you tried the Knighthawk? That one will be longer in the torso and may fit you better. Or, maybe a larger size in whatever Ladyhawk size you are trying on.

Thank you- no I didn't try the nighthawk but thought of that this morning

is this purchased at a LDS? if so the store staff should be able to ensure proper fit and comfort. If online you get what you get..

Mine cinches up just above my hips. I'm super short 4'11' in a ML. I think weight pouches up as high as yours would be difficult to trim out--or whatever the technical term is o_O

- it's at the store/shop - the guys there thought it fit well but I was unsure of the hit/ waist fit. If it's truly fitting my height. Thanks
