Longboat Key Diving and Snorkeling

So the girlfriend and I have a chance to spend a week in Longboat Key this September, and it looks like I'll have a day to be able to dive sometime during the week. Looking for recommendations for everyone's favorite local area dive ops and sites to explore. I'll still be under 50 dives by the time I get there, and I may or may not have my AOW before getting there, so I'm probably going to lean towards easier dives.

My other questions is regarding some decent places around the key to do some easy snorkeling. That'll be for the both of us to do together.

That looks like it would be a blast! I'd be pretty fired up to end up finding a Megladon tooth. Sounds like a charter needs to be booked in advance.
