Hey, can someone send me a datadump from their machine. I am curious as to how the data is coming out of the dive computer. If you can just PM me a file and I'll start taking a look at this issue-not making promises-good software takes time but who knows.

Perhaps all you programmer guys can team up with t0w, that way his great program will only get better and there wont be like a million options out there ;)

I also have the oceanic veo 100nx...... if I could plug that sucker in and transfer the data onto my mac....THAT WOULD BE AMAZING.... I would need it to run on a g4 mac though.... can't really afford a newer mac, this one works just fine, and besides - I'D RATHER BUY MORE DIVE GEAR:D

That's what I was saying in the first part of post #9 (above). :14:

For those that don't know, TnT here on SB is working on developing a programming "library" of functions to use to talk to various dive computers (beginning with Suunto because they are the most documented and working toward other brands), mostly towards work he is doing for a Windows and Linux based application.

t0w has taken the current work TnT has done on these "libraries" and incorporated that into a separate MacDive application for OSX. Any expertise anyone could provide to either one of these guys would help a lot (and help a lot of other people). :)
