Maybe the reason you all can't download anything is because the thread is from 2004.

Maybe there could be some kind of "Dead Thread Revisited" Icon that flashes when somebody tries to bring a thread back from the grave (er.... I mean archives)

Granted this is an old thread, the the forum doesn't store the files for years, but maybe someone could upload the files again, so those of us who weren't even diving in 2004 could have a look-see? And, maybe someone has done more work they would be willing to share with us?
