If the commercial guys ever go by the wayside and they get this sewer system up and running within the next 3-5yrs, hopefully, me being the eternal optomist, the bugs and marine life will come back to the keys like it once was. I guess we can all only hope, at least for our children.

Well spoken ScubaRich. Regardless of one's views on limits or game rules, they certainly should be adhered to.
