Are there any liveaboards operators that DONT take you out of USA? I am on a single entry visa and wont be allowed re-entry if I leave US territory. Thanks.

Think there's a couple out of Florida like the Ultimate Getaway. Don't think you need a passport for the Dry Tortugas trip.

Also check out the Fling and the Spree out of Houston for the Flower Gardens trip.

And yep, Channel Islands is another.

Think there's one up in Washington around Seattle or San Juan Islands as well.

Heard talk that there's one that will soon be operating out of Hawaii.

Lastly there was one out of Palm Beach, think Jim Abernathy, that can run up and down the Keys if you charter the whole boat.

Highly recommend Ultimate Getaway. No passport necessary. See my post.. by searching Ultimate Getaway Weather

Hakuna Matata is out of Oahu - it's $2400/day for exclusive use of the boat for 4 divers.

As compared to Kona Aggressor which is $2000-2600/week.

Some of the SoCal liveaboards go to Los Coronados which is technically Mexican waters.

In western Puerto Rico there are operations that conduct trips to Desecheo/Mona islands. PR is considered US territory.
