Hi Laine, I am going to Raja Ampat in March 2010 with a group of friends, and some live in Fremont. I will see them this weekend and ask if they know you. :)

Enjoy !

I just got back from a 11 day liveaboard trip to Raja Ampat. I felt the Misool dive sites were the weakest of the bunch. The northern Raja Ampat sites had much more fish and animal life. Not sure if this is normal, but it's what I experienced.

Hi Ronscuba, that is very surprising, who did you dive with and what dive sites did the take you to in Misool. When I was operating a LOB in R4 Misool was by far better than the northern sites. (of course it goes without saying Cape Kri, Sardnines and Batu Burung nee Melissa's Gardens are fantastic).

Hi Sherlock,
I know that group of friends. Hope to see them in Oct. too!
Laine
