I know of several options when it comes to getting out to Apo Reef. I have heard the Tristar is one of the nicest liveaboards doing the trip. There are some shops that have scheduled trips out of Puerto Galera/Sabang; Expeditionfleet.com, Octopusdivers.org, Atlantishotel.com. It is also possible to go on 1-2 day trips to Apo Reef if staying at Pandan Island Resort which is not far from the reef. I was able to join a trip leaving from Seadive Resort located in Coron Town, Busuanga. They have a large banca that will go anytime a group of 4-5 divers are interested, weather permiting.
