Liveaboard in Thailand

I am looking at liveaboard options in Thailand in February -specificaly Mermaid II and Philkade. Has anyone stayed on these boats before? I don't mind spending extra money if it's worth it.

I was on the Philkade last year. A great boat with very good guides as well. It is a bit expensive. PM with specifics if you want.

Off the boat, did the Black Manta last year and had a great time. Came highly recommened to me and I wasn't let down.
