Does anyone know if LR5 has support for E-M5 camera profile (camera calibration). Also, I don't see any of the OLY 3/4 lens supported in the camera profile in LR5, is this something that can be added?

Yes it supports EM5 and lens profiles are built into the program I believe, in other words they are applied even if you don't want them to be.
