We were at Lighthouse Reef Resort not long before it closed for "renovation." Has anyone heard if they ever finished the project and reopened? Great diving - would love to go back.

In the current economic climate I doubt if it will be completed. If you want local diving of Lighthouse then look at Belize Tropical Island Tour

SLB, while we love San Pedro, you might take a look at Turneffe Lodge, might be what you are looking for.
