Be careful, a lot of things that say in-stock on the website are in fact not. Call them.

Well, they took my money so I sure hope they can deliver on their promise that the item is in stock.

This thread has reminded me that I need to replace the batteries on my Sola 2000 lights. Any thoughts on that?
My understanding is that they are not user replaceable.

Most likely then they have the parts. Though if you look at their website you can find

Recsea SONY FDR-AX40/AXP53/AXP55 4K housing that they say you can get by Next week, and the web says it is in stock. It isn't.​

I have ordered a lot of items from online shops that show the item in stock. They have always taken the money from my credit card. Some items took more than six months to receive and some have given me refunds after waiting several months.

I replaced the batteries on my Sola 1200 light years ago. You need to source the same spec battery cell, and then there was some soldering required. It worked fine for a couple of years until I dropped the light and cracked the case open.
