Our public safety dive team recently teamed up with a local commercial diver and trained with both open bottom and closed lift bags. We practiced lifting mooring anchors from 20-30 foot depths. Visibility ranged from 3-4 feet down to zero. A great opportunity and a great day of diving. One of the guys on the team made the video with a mask mounted GoPro.
