I had floating feet issue on a drift dive on the Sante Fe River near Ginnie Springs. Of course I was on a float rope with four other people. I was just letting my legs relax since the current was so strong that is the only time I've had problems.

Report time - the weights were great! Even with a current, I didn't have to fight it quite so much. The weights seemed to keep my feet in the correct position. And thanks bunches to the guy that gave me the tips from YouTube. I tried the helicoptor kick and the reverse frog kick yesterday. The heli kick wasn't a problem, but my brain doesn't work well in reverse, so the backwards frog kick kinda blew my mind.

BTW - saws tons of leopard frogfish, batfish, flounder, red and white snapper. Saw where an octopus should be living (lots of crab remains and mollusk bits and pieces around). Blasted fisherman were on ALL the other sites so only got one dive in. All in all, great dive.

I liked not having to weight my BC as heavily as normal. By the way, the ankle weights are called Sea Pearls. I like 'em!
