Here is an odd question. How do Leather Seats in a car hold up with a Scuba Diving couple? You know, wet shorts and gear on the seats and stuff.

Thanks.

I don't have leather seats and still make sure no one with a wet butt (I used another word but SB bleeped it) sits on them anyway

I'm thinking save on the leather seat option, and use the savings for a drysuit :D
But I have a white dog and a 'lint magnet' green uniform. I know you understand what I'm talking about....:D

Same problem here with 2 dogs, 3 cats and my profession as a veterinarian.
My next car will have leather seats for sure ;) I'll just take care that no wet butts take a seat on them or use a blanket to cover the seats if it doesn't go otherwise.

i've found a towel works well. and use leather protectant regularly - you massage the stuff into the seats with your hands (good for the skin too)

I've found that leather (or vinyl) seats and shorts or no shirt, do not work well. :eyebrow:

Leather seats work great. You can actually put wet stuff on them - all you do is wipe them out later. When i know there'd be a lot of wet stuff on the seats or when i pile up my deco bottles, i just put couple towels on the seat first - i actually keep couple towels there at all times

Contact wet okle, and get some seat covers for when you're diving. THey are neoprene, so they're about as water proof as you can get.
