I just don't log dives
just was reading this article and wondering if these are photoshoped?? but then again, only a few years ago we first started hearing about the leaping GWS's in africa

anyone have any expereince with these??

I've seen one adult Manta jump like that and it was quite impressive. I'd estimate the one I saw was maybe 4 meters wingtip to wingtip. Baby Mantas...I've seen them get to playing and jump more times than I'd care to count.
 
I've seen 'em do that off Perdido Key, Florida
 
Yep, I've seen the Mobulas do "it" (and I'm referring to this "it," not that "it") in the Sea of Cortez. Heck, I even did it a few times to shake parasites off.
