120's I assume? You will still have your work cut out to keep up with dbg40. I will make sure you descend first. I don't want to be anywhere under you when you hit the water.:D Is there a dry suit in your future?

Only 100's.. I was scered of the 120's... :11: figured, with out a Dry Suit, I would sink soo far into the sand, you guys wouldnt be able to pull me out with a crane.. :D

I think the dry suit will be in my very near future, before spring anyway, probally purchased from Divers Cove.. I am going to get more info from Ed Friday when I go and pick up my tanks...

I am not even going to attempt going breath for breath with dbg40.. I really do not think he breaths... We will have to watch and see if bubbles actually come out of his reg on the next dive...

You in for the Quarry Sunday??

They are a great bunch. They do fun dives...usually stonington on Wednesday nights. I find its great to break up the week and get some mid week diving in. Ed does a great job of staying progressive with his gear, and he can repair anything. He is also a wet/drysuit repair shop, you should see the setup in the back of the shop.

I was peeking through the back, when I was there, Looks like quite the shop. I did notice, it looks like he can service just about any reg set up, another plus in my book. I will have to ask about those Wednesday night dives, Nice close place to get in a weekday night dive..

It is great to hear that there are still some great dive shops out there.

I thought we could tie 500 lbs of lead to you and you could compensate with only your lungs?? Maybe I'm thinking of someone else...

I think you have me confused with Superman...

Just Ask.

After getting certified in a threatening enviornment from the Plainville shop and being told my Faber tanks could only be filled to + fill in Italy from the Wehtersfield shop, I walked in to Essex 6 years ago. Ed (both Sr and Jr) were delightfull to work with. I decided not to quit diving after all. They invited me to fun dives, gave me great Unpressured Service, and we have had great times at Ed's shop. The other shop I also like is the Wallinford shop. If it wasn't for Essex at that time I don't know what I would do. They are great people and a pleasure to have in the industry.
