Is there really a difference between "priceless" and "worthless"? ... Which makes me think: When I say there is a slim chance of something, it means there is not much of a chance of it. Wouldn't the opposite be to say "Fat chance"? But, no, it means the same thing.

Another good one is a "near miss"...if it nearly misses you doesn't that mean it hits you? I guess most people use it as a miss that was near.
