Last Minute Keys Trip: Place to stay?

Can somebody give me some quick advice on a mid-range place where a couple of guys might stay in Key Largo or Tavernier on a dive trip? It would be much appreciated.

I went to VRBO.com and found a house to rent. I don't know how long you are planning on staying, but they had some pretty good rentals for very decent prices and you can call most of them and get in if they have an opening.

I think our house was 585 for the whole week.
