laminated card for MX-10?

I remember seeing a laminated card for the MX-10 that looked useful to remember exposure settings, distances, etc.

Anyone here know where I might puchase this?

I remember looking at them somewhere. It had to have been one of the dive shops...that's the only place I go!

If any LDS in your area carries camera gear you might try them. Or any of the online places that sells Sea & Sea.
