Lake Worth NOAA buoy?

What happened to the Lake Worth NOAA buoy, seems to have been out of commission for a while now? NDBC - Station LKWF1

Not sure what's wrong with that buoy, but I hope it's not related to the message on one of the main one I used to check in Venice:

"The NOAA National Data Buoy Center has deferred annual maintenance for buoys and C-MAN stations until further notice. We hope to resume maintenance of the coastal and offshore weather buoys and C-MAN network next year, pending adequate funding in FY14."
