lake rawlings, wetsuit?

i've never been to lake rawlings before and i'm thinking about trying to taske a trip out there next month. do i need to bring my wetsuit? i have a 3mm

i've done a 3mm john only and 3mm jacket only in sept - i'd think you'd be fine in aug in a 3mm.

I went with a 5/3 in late April, reasonably comfortable.

I'd even consider a skin, or no protection for shallow dives this time of year.

80-82 degrees if you stay relatively shallow <27-30 feet. A 3 mm is great for anything but deep (airplane etc).

I was there yesterday. mid 70s from 0-20f, mid 60s at 20-40f, below that it gets chilly... down to 52 at the plane.
