lake Medina

i will be camping at lake medina this weekend & was wondering if any of you swampers have been in there before...
can you tell me how it compares to lake Travis?

The lake is a decent dive. Lots of fish, clarity is probably 10 feet. Bottom is silty, so if you stir it, vis will go to nothing. Not sure where are you going, but there was some speculation that Joe's place could possibly be closed to divers this weekend.

we are going to be at the thousand trails rv park....
im not sure where that is in relation to Joe's place

Since I assume you will have lake access there, Joe's should not be an issue.
