Lake Elmer Thomas or Latonka?

Have any of you Texans or Okie's dived Lake Elmer Thomas or Latonka near Lawton Okla?

I have friends that live out there, and I may be visiting them soon.

There is a gunnery school there for the military (joint Army/Navy/Marines) and they use Latonka for their special warfare scuba training.

If you know, what is the vis & water temps?

And where is a good local scuba store for tank rentals?
