A 68-year-old man died Sunday, October 10 in Sévrier, in Haute-Savoie. The victim was diving in Lake Annecy when she suffered from a heart attack. Despite several attempts at resuscitation, the sixty-year-old was declared dead on the spot by the emergency services.
While scuba diving in Lake Annecy in Sévrier ( Haute-Savoie ), a 68-year-old man died on Sunday October 10. As Le Dauphiné Libéré relates , the victim was with friends during a private outing supervised by Annecy Plongée Nautisme. Arrived at five meters deep, the sixty-year-old suffered a heart attack.
An open investigation
His friends then retrieved him and managed to hoist him into their boat. They then performed cardiac massage. At the same time, members of the Annecy Underwater Club alerted the firefighters.
