Any specific areas in laguna, that are accessable w/out the boat?

Tons, check out lagunaseasports.com for all the cool dive sites we have. Most are shore divaeable.

Just off the top of my head:
Crescent Bay (north), Crescent Bay(south), Shaw's Cove, Fishermans Cove, Divers Cove, Hiesler Park, Main Beach, Woods Cove, Cress St., Moss St., Treasure Island, Aliso Beach, Salt Creek (more towards Dana Point) and a whole bunch more in between those.
The Laguna Sea Sports site lists them all. Some are easier to get to than others, some are more advanced or have long surface swims, but all are do-able w/o a boat.
Good luck and enjoy!
