Anyone seen the webcam at http://www.earthcam.com/usa/california/laguna/ ? Looks like it's located at a hotel south of Diver's Cove, and alternates between views of PCH and views of the ocean. If you click on the "+ ENLARGE" button it gives you a good view of the surf conditions. Looks like it updates every 20 seconds or so.
