Does anyone know what the rental fee is for lights used on the night dive? We'll be bringing secondary lights for sure, but can't decide if we should bring the larger lights or just rent... Thanks!

What shop have you found that rents dive lights? I wasn't aware that there was one.

I assumed the resort would have lights.... I emailed them and haven't got a response yet, so I figured I would ask here. We're doing two night dives (maybe a few more from shore) and I figured they had them to rent....

Oops, I saw Laguna Beach and automatically thought, Laguna Beach, California. Then I looked at where you posted this thread.... Sorry! :D

So, Laguna Beach Utila, yes?

Do not assume that they have rental lights unless they specifically advise you of the type and number.

A nice place to go, but you're pretty much so at the "last stop on the line".

The Bay Islands have excellent night dive possibilities. Time to buy a light and bring it along if you want to night dive more than once... anywhere. It makes economic sense.

Batteries there are prolly $1 each.

Remember, the difference between "primary" and "backup" is a velcro pocket.

I dive many times with two UK 4C lights. You really don't need a big light as a primary.
