Tragedy in Castelfranco, expert diver dies during

Fausto Zampieri, 61 years old from Camponogara (Venice) died on Sunday shortly after 10 in the morning due to illness during a dive.
Zampieri, a diver with years of experience behind him, took part in a group dive at the artificial lake of the “Baita al Lago”.
As soon as the diving excursion started, the group immediately realized that something had happened to the 61-year-old who appeared to be unresponsive and brought him back to the surface.
Rescue was immediate, first with a doctor who was present, then with the Suem ambulance, nevertheless the man did not regain consciousness.
On site, for the reliefs, the Carabinieri of Castelfranco arrived. The funeral will be arranged after the investigations ..
