This Wednesday, girldiver (Cindy) is organizing an event at Cove 2 at Alki (yeah, I know, the freeway's closed) to allow women who would like to try diving a set of double tanks the opportunity to do so. I'm helping out with it. We're going to have a selection of doubles there. People who are intrigued can do anything from just trying them on to walk around in, to doing a shallow dive with a mentoring diver. Or you can just show up and go diving with us -- This is intended as a social diving event for women, no expectations.
