I know the tee shirt idea was brought up a while back. If there's still interest in this, I'm up for trying to help pull something together.

Thanks, Ecky! I am definitely interested in it! I think others would be too... I would like to see them chime in here and let us know though. There has also been a "badge" or "patch" idea mentioned.

If you want to work on a design, I say go for it! Post it here, and we can see what the others think.

Okay . . .here's a couple of possibilities for tee shirt ideas.

I was thinking an image on the front with a saying on the back such as:
What happens at Gilboa stays at Gilboa.
All work and no dives makes Jane a dull girl.

The building on the second one is an attempt at the "tower" at Gilboa....

Any of the colors can be changed.

Thinking that cafepress would be the easiest as far as getting the shirts made. Everyone orders there own and no one has to worry about having "extra" shirts to get rid of or cover the cost of. Cafepress has white, grey, light pink, black, and a few other colors of shirts in a wide range of styles so just about every one could get the style of shirt they like best.

Anyways, just throwing out some ideas. If you have any ideas or suggestions, feel free to add.

I like them both! I think the pink is my favorite, because it's obvious that the diver is a girl.

I also like your idea about cafepress. However, I should mention that I had an email from a lady that is interested in the dive weekend. She owns/runs a printing business, and may well be able to help us out with tshirts, badges, etc. I need to get some more info from her, and will post what I found out. Just letting everyone know that there's "options" out there.

I'm all for using another diver as the source of the shirts - we still got plenty of time to explore the different options and get more input on the design.

I actually like the pink one more too - and I'm not a big "pink" person. I think I own maybe one piece of clothing thats pink, lol ....I think it would be neat on a black shirt - it would really stand out. With maybe a single line of pink text of some sort on the back.

I too like the pink version. I'd like a slightly different font, but the simplicity is striking. Put it on black it would be awesome. We'd probably need to stick with just one color for the printing as that drives up the cost of the shirts. We'd want to save money for more gas.

I really like the second one. But swap 'dull' for dry.
