This is a little belated but I was waiting for a couple of friends to come back from DR & give me their comments.
Kudos to Ivan at Scuba Elite (SCUBA ELITE Diving & Liveaboard Sosua Puerto Plata Dominican Republic Scuba Diving Center, Dive School Sosua Dom Rep) for making my vacation last October memorable. It's safe to say that Sosua Bay will never be featured in a glossy magazine as "destination" dive locale but the quality of service I received exceeded my expectations and cherry on top was a trip to the caverns at Blue Lagoon, El Dudu, near Cabarete.
