Around mid November time the conditions start to change. The warm(27-28) clear(20-30m) waters in the north (castle rock, crystal rock, cauldron) exchange with the cooler (21-24) greener (5-15m) waters of the south (manta alley, cannibal, yellow wall) For a little while that means the conditions will vary on a daily basis or be somewhere in the middle. Best to plan with a liveaboard (that can go north or south depending where the best conditions are) or blue marlin dive has a new fast boat that can reach the south. Otherwise day boats only go central and north. Its not full rainy season until jan-feb, however you might catch a downpour or two.
A number of budget lob go out starting at $165/day. Batu Bolong - dive Komodo Flores , Dive Komodo, blue marlin, divine diving... All run great trips until rainy season
