Alright, not sure when I will next get to Koh Tao but will keep this in mind
Generally I get Khun Jeab who works out of Ban's in Bangkok to do most of the arrangement for me.

Hello. just dropped by this forum.. Actually, I had an experience last year during my vacation at koh tao. Me and my friends had to experience the accommodations at Koh Tao Accommodation | Koh Tao Heights .. It was great there.. hope you could try staying there..
