Here are 3 of my favorite Hawaiian surface shots:

1) Pali Lookout
2) Hanauma Bay
3) Diamond Head

The left "triangle" is Kahoolawe, the island in the center (behind the kiawe tree) is Molokini crater. Taken from LaPerouse bay, just past Wailea on Maui.

and thanks for the kind words,

Tim

Hey Mack50md, good shot of Diamond head. The one from the Pali lookout reminds me of a funny one I took of my dog up there about 18 months ago - ears flapping in the wind, preparing for take-off lol

Your dog is sooo cute!!

Thanks - She reminds me of that every day (stone cold heart necessary at times with those big sad brown eyes . . .ok I give in)

That pic of Diamond head was beautiful - difficult to get pictures of Honolulu without the haze from either vog or smog. Time to make some postcards out of those!

Thanks :D...I alreay have Dive Postcards going round....just need to find a few more shops to sell them at

Hey kidspot it was just as windy when I took that shot from Pali. Your beagle is cute.

The Diamond Head shot was taken last December from off the jetty next to the Outrigger Reef hotel in Waikiki. I was lucky to have a perfect morning.
