Klein Bonaire vs East side vs North/South side dive question

Has anyone been to Bonaire in July and know about the wind situation? I hear winds are rough in July? Thoughts?

Here is a website that might be of some help once you are there. Don't know if you can look at past conditions but I've found it usefull to check wind when I want to dive far south and avoid current.
